🎨 Encourages Creativity & Imagination: Crafting helps children think creatively and express their unique ideas, developing skills that are essential in our ever-changing world.
🧠 Improves Problem-Solving & Focus: Whether they’re planning a sewing project or designing a piece of jewellery, crafting helps children develop problem-solving skills and the ability to concentrate for extended periods.
🤲 Teaches Practical Skills: From sewing to bag making, these workshops equip children with practical skills they can use throughout their lives, giving them the confidence to create, repair, and make things by hand.
🤝 Builds Confidence & Social Skills: Working with peers in a friendly and creative environment helps children grow in confidence and develop social skills, learning to share ideas, offer support, and celebrate each other’s successes.
🌱 Reduces Screen Time & Encourages Mindfulness: Crafting provides a mindful, screen-free activity where children can unwind and focus on the present, helping to balance the digital aspects of their lives.
